We are a growing residential cleaning company seeking reliable and responsible team members for either part-time or full time work. Full-time positions will start with part-time hours and grow into a full-time hours. On-the-job training provided. Previous successful experience with house keeping, maid, or janitorial service a plus, however not required.

We are looking for team members who look for solutions rather than excuses. This can be very easy to tough work on a daily basis, since no two days or homes are alike. You will need to be flexiable. This is a rewarding employment opportunity on many levels that can pay well if you are willing to work. Serious inquires only.

Job Requirements:

• Cell Phone
• Reliable transportation
• Resume with 3 - 4 references
• Must possess strong common sense, attention to detail, and ability to use deductive logic.
• Physical ability to repetitively: bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and some light lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Must be comfortable and able to be on your feet for extended time periods.

Selected team members will be able to provide proof of:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Vaild Auto insurance
• Current Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check Clearance - Act 34 - (no older than one year since it was last checked)
• Current Child Abuse Clearance Document - Act 151 (no older than one year since it was last checked)

*Please Note: K & B Cleaning Service will require following background checks on all employees. Selected team members will agree to and able to pass the following clearances before the first day of employment.

• Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check Clearance - Act 34
• Child Abuse Clearance Document - Act 151
• Random drug and alcohol screenings

Hours:

• Typically: Monday – Friday.
• Start as early as 7:00AM to finish by 5:00PM. Some jobs will require you to work until the job is finished past 5:00 PM.
• You will be expected to work at least one Saturday a month.
• Some Sundays will be offered and/or required.
• Approximately: 10-35+ hours a week.

Compensation:

• Fixed pay per job (home). One to Three jobs scheduled a day. Average job- three to six hours.
• Monthly reimbusement for miles driven between clients at the IRS Standard Mileage Rate.
• $10.00 per hour -First 90 days of employment.
• Up to $12.00 per hour -After 90 days of employment.
• $50.00 Thank you Bonus- After 90 days of employment.
• Reimbursement of your Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check Clearance - Act 34,  and Child Abuse Clearance Document - Act 151:  After 90 days of employment. 
• $100.00 Thank you Bonus- given upon First Year anniversary of employment.
• Additional Bonuses may be given with exceptional performance and service reviews.
