Preliminary Cleaning

We do not know how dirty a home is until we start cleaning it. Some homes need only maintenance cleaning but still need to be have a complete cleaning to have starting point to work from. Others need quite a bit of work and take longer. The size and condition of your home will also determine how long it takes to clean your home.
The fee is based on a few factors unique to your home:
- How often we are scheduled to clean.
- The number of pets living in the home.
- The number of people living in the home.
- Smoking in the home.
- Customized requests.
- Size of the home.
- Knick -Knacks and shelving.

Maintenance Cleanings:
BASE PRICE: Starting at: $65.00
Average prices range from:
- $65.00 – $80.00 for weekly cleanings
- $65.00 - $120.00 bi-weekly cleanings
- $70.00 - $150.00 for monthly cleanings
*The cost maybe higher for larger homes.
This type of cleaning requires less time than your preliminary cleaning therefore; the cost is less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned. It simply needs maintenance cleaning on a routine basis.

Range from $5- $40 per service -Please ask for estimates!
Some Examples: Complete wall washing, inside refrigerators/freezers/ovens, inside cupboards/cabinets, outside windows, heavily soiled inside windows, blinds, and window screens. Carpet cleaning is also available for your home at additional charge.
Laundry - $20 per hour. Sorry, No Ironing.
EVENINGS, SPECIAL OCCASIONS-EVENTS, AND WEEKENDS:
These appointments require an additional charge of $15.00.
