K & B Cleaning Service offers several types of residential cleaning: one time only; weekly; bi-weekly; monthly; spring/fall; rental property; post-construction; realtor listings/open house ready; special occasions; and a move in/move out service. In addition, we recommend and arrange for the professional cleaning of your carpets by reputable companies that we have hired ourselves. Together, we can design a customized cleaning plan to fit your needs and budget.
We use a 40-point inspection checklist to guarantee your home has received a complete cleaning. Please remember to ask for estimates on special services. Also, you can ask for the option to have your home cleaned with 100% Green Cleaning Products!

- Dust all furniture & room contents (Examples: TV’s/picture frames/computer stands/baseboards/display items/window sills and tops/ fireplace mantle/ shelves & contents/ ceiling fans)
- Clean all glass surfaces
- Vacuum Carpet
- Clean all door & door moldings/frames
- Dust stairway banister/ledges
- Sweep/Vacuum & mop tile floors & entry ways
- Arrange pillows on couch/chair
- Empty & dispose of trash, replace liner
Kitchen
- Scour & wipe down sink

- Clean & wipe down outside of appliances & under small appliances
